Literacy
Literacy is very important to me and I try to keep it in the forefront of what I strongly believe in, help with and want to see improve all over the world. A new article I have written is included here.
Well written article! That was great. I am a teacher- who specializes in reading, my passion- and could not agree more. It has to start early and be supported throughout life. Nations rise and fall on literacy rates.
I agree with you on that front! I have mentored reading and promote it heavily in my home. Having a good start can really make a big difference in a person's life later on, I wish there was more focus on literacy, it really needs to be a top priority. Thank you for being a teacher, it can be a thankless job sometimes, but such an important job!
